COVID-19

#WeSupportYou: Join LIFEbeat Online

LIFEbeat is here to support you during COVID-19. We are up and running with daily online Creative Workshops and Mental Wellbeing Check ins (see details below). Come and join us..! We have also joined up with Somerset County Council and Alice Hoyle to produce these tips for your Mental Wellbeing during COVID-19. Thank you to all the young LIFEbeaters who contributed to these ideas.

Stay well, stay safe, We Support You.

If you need further support, check out the online list of resources we have pulled together in our blog.

We are supporting Young People, will you support us?

At LIFEbeat we rely on the generosity of our funders and donors. If you are in a position to support us with any donations during this challenging times, click the link below to contribute.

Online Workshops and weekly check-ins

All of LIFEbeat’s in-person gatherings due to take place before summer have had to be postponed. In line with government advice, we are currently reviewing our summer residential camps and will decide early June whether or not we are able to run them and whether these could be replaced by an online alternative if needed.

During COVID-19 we have been running online workshops and check-ins. We are having a break over the half-term, watch this space for news about upcoming activities!

Note for Parents
LIFEbeat is here for you and your family! If your young person is in need of additional support during this time, please reach out. Our staff are happy to speak one to one with any of our alumni. As well as workshops, we’re also offering weekly mental health check-ins. Get in touch to find out more.
