You can’t use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have!” Maya Angelou

Congratulations, you made it through Day 4 already! It has been inspiring seeing all the different creations so far, and it is definitely showing that creativity is everywhere and present in our daily routines too. If you are running out of ideas, here are some suggestions to help you make it through hump day!

– Write a stream of consciousness poem inspired by the first 10 minutes of your morning
– Use Facebook live to broadcast a video of you performing a song, poem or dance
– Make your own playdough! Here’s how:

1 cup of flour (whatever kind you have on hand)
¼ cup of salt
½ cup of water
3 to 5 drops of natural food colouring

1. Mix together the flour and the salt.
2. Mix together ½ cup of warm water with a few drops of food colouring.
3. Slowly pour the water into the flour mixture, stirring as you pour. Stir until combined, then knead with your hands until the flour is completely absorbed.

Here is a look at some of the pieces from Day 3, make sure you join the Facebook event! to have a look at all the creations! Yesterday we saw some spoken word improv, drawing (group drawing as well!), cooking, planting, slam poetry and writing to list a few

Remember that you can still join the challenge at a later date or participate during a day or two. All funds raised go towards supporting young people’s places at Camps this summer! Head to our Virgin page to donate, every contribution hugely supports the work we do
