In 2017, all returning young people are being asked to think about ways to step up and become role models and mentors at camps. We want all returning young people to get the most from their experience and to enjoy helping other campers settle into the experience. Each returnee will set intentions and goals for their time at camp, and they are also being asked to make an effort towards fundraising for LIFEbeat in the build up to camps.
As part of this initiative, LIFEbeat offered all returnees a chance to take part in a sponsored walk. The walk took place on a beautiful sunny day and covered 10 miles along the canal path from Limehouse to Paddington.
